Are you bilingual, competitive, and motivated to earn based on your performance? Alex Pizarro State Farm is hiring a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative to generate new business, build customer relationships, and help individuals and families protect what matters most.
Alex Pizarro State Farm serves customers with auto, home, renters, life, health, and business insurance solutions. The agency proudly supports both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the local community.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance and financial-services solutions.
- Quote, present, follow up, and close new business.
- Meet activity, sales, and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Previous sales experience required.
- Highly money motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain licensing is required if not currently licensed.
